Through this model, shareholders collectively participate in businesses operating across multiple industries while supporting long-term business development and economic growth.

Who can apply?
Eligible applicants who meet the applicable requirements may apply to become shareholders.
Can I become a shareholder in more than one company?
Yes. Applicants may choose one or more partner companies, subject to share availability and the applicable requirements.
What documents are required?
Applicants may be required to submit:
- South African ID
- Passport (where applicable)
- Proof of Residential Address
- Bank Confirmation Letter or Recent Bank Statement
- Beneficiary Identification Documents or Birth Certificate
Can I track my application?
Yes. Once your application has been processed, you will receive updates using your registered contact details and, once activated, through your Shareholder Portal.
What shareholder levels are available?
Choose the shareholder level that best suits your participation preference.

Becoming a shareholder with EquityHub Partners is a straightforward journey from your first application through to account activation.

Choose Your Partner Company or Companies
Select one or more partner companies in which you would like to become a shareholder.
Complete the Online Application
Complete the online shareholder application form by providing all required information accurately.
Upload Supporting Documents
Upload the required documents, which may include:
- South African ID or Passport (where applicable)
- Proof of Residential Address
- Bank Confirmation Letter or Recent Bank Statement
- Beneficiary Identification Documents (where applicable)
Additional documents may be requested if necessary.
Application Review
Our Administration Team reviews your application and supporting documents. If additional information is required, you will be contacted.
Application Approval
Once your application has been approved, it proceeds to the invoicing stage.
Receive Your Invoice and Make Payment
You will receive an invoice together with your unique Shareholder Reference Number. Make payment using the banking details provided on the invoice.
Send your Proof of Payment to:
Our Administration Team will verify your payment with the Accounts Team. Once payment has been successfully confirmed, your shareholder account will be activated.

Approved shareholders receive secure access to the EquityHub Shareholder App and Shareholder Portal. You can:
- View Your Portfolio
- View Shareholdings
- View Amount Paid
- View Outstanding Balance
